The electro-fitness scheme is a combination of the benefits of conventional training along with muscle electro-stimulation (EMS), which allows conducting a high intensity training session in just 20 minutes. It stimulates more than 300 body muscles, achieving immediate and lasting results from the first session, saving time and energy. Electro-fitness activates all types of connective tissue fibres and is beneficial in sport, aesthetic and health areas. It works through muscular contractions produced by controlled and directed electrical impulses, and the effect is similar to that of other types of physical exercise, but with a great advantage Electro-fitness activates all types of connective tissue fibres and is beneficial in sport, aesthetic and health areas. The ultimate method for your well-being
The system of electro-stimulation is based on the simulation of electrical stimuli emitted by the brain so that our muscles contract. EMS produces the same effect, but electrical stimulation is generated directly on the muscle by means of an electronic device and electrodes.i-motion EMS is the only wireless device that enables training of an unlimited group of people anywhere. Like no other, it allows individual, group and multi-group training.
The types of electro-fitness workouts are as follows:
1- Interval training
Interval training consists of alternating periods of high-intensity activity and breaks so as to reach a specific objective. Currently, this is an essential training modality for most aerobic endurance athletes and sports enthusiasts in general. Its effectiveness is undeniable and its application has found its way into the sports as well as the clinical area, demonstrating excellent results.
Interval training allows the muscles to develop a greater physical adaptation to situations of fatigue and continue training even in the situations of exhaustion.
There are 3 main methods of interval training:
· Long extensive interval training:
With this method, an increased aerobic capacity is produced. Example: 5 minutes of training, 1 minute of rest.
Medium extensive interval training:
increases the size of the heart, improves the aerobic capacity and the glycogen metabolism. Example: 3 minutes of training, 1 minute of rest.
Short intensive interval training:
with this method, the lactic anaerobic capacity is increased. Example: 1 minute of training, 30 seconds of rest.
2- Extensive training
it is about a large volume of work at medium or high intensity. This type is mainly aimed at improving the efficiency and the aerobic capacity, which is the ability to perform aerobic exercise of long duration. Intense aerobic exercise is associated with the importance of muscular adaptation during splitting loads. The heart works at a high intensity for a relatively long period of time.
3- Weightlifting
A kind of sport consisting of lifting weight. Weight lifting is linked to maximum, explosive strength and endurance. There are quite specific training conditions for lifting considerably high weights. The method consists in muscle adaptation, and the sequences of the training exercises are: complete squats / bench press / the snatch / the clean / the jerk / vertical jumps / the drag, among others.
4- Muscle relaxation training
Relaxation training helps release tension and lengthen muscle fibres, as opposed to the shortening, which accompanies muscle tension or contraction. For example, yoga and pilates are types of muscle relaxation, as well as toning training.
